Towering Emotions
This assignment required the use of at least 100 of a found item. I used over 900 Scrabble tiles to create two towers of word searches, encouraging the viewer to search for various different emotions. The towers are 2 feet and 1 foot tall respectively.

This assignment focused on creating a sculpture that could produce sound. I decided to use this as an opportunity to build a ukulele, using sheets of plywood and a laminating technique to make a hollow body. I also added pegs and strings to make it playable.
